Meet Our Staff
Brandon - Founder & CEO
I started Sparkles in 2011 selling high quality loose rhinestones while still in college. I continued to follow my passion and expanded my rhinestones business to include unique home decor items, sharing my love of glam accessories and bringing cheerful sparkle into everyday life. Sparkles Home officially launched in 2014 with a complete product line designed to bring style and sparkle to any home. When not immersed in my entrepreneurial passions, I enjoy time with my Shih Tzu named Sparkle, listening to all kinds of music, trying new foods, and traveling the world!
Brooke - Operations Manager
I’m the Operations Manager for Sparkles. I oversee the company’s systems and operations to keep us on track and running efficiently. I enjoy working with all the departments because I get to do a little bit of everything! I believe sparkles complement any style and everyone benefits from adding some sparkle to their lives! I enjoy spending time with my family, yoga, and lounging in my hammock reading while keeping my puppy, Calamity Jane, out of trouble.
Ali - Product Manager
I’m the Product Manager for Sparkles. I want you to fall in love with our products just as much as we do! I’m a native Coloradoan who enjoys nature walks with my fur babies on the weekends. I love winding down with either a nice cup of tea or a rowdy hockey game (Go Avalanche!). Beautiful, sparkly things have always been something I gravitate towards, so I'm thrilled to bring more than a little bling to your life too!
Crystal - Warehouse Manager
Hi there, I'm Crystal, the gal with the name to fit the job! I am the Warehouse Manager at Sparkles. I’m a former Disney Cast Member with a background in merchandising and receiving and Fort Worth is my hometown. When I'm not supervising my two kiddos at home, I'm supervising the warehouse so we can add some Sparkles to your life! I like collecting tiki mugs and the mid-century vibe. Tell your cat I said pspspsps!
Araceli - Creative Director
As Creative Director, I lead and manage a team of creative professionals who develop visual and conceptual designs for our media platforms. Our team works together to understand the business needs and provide creative solutions that are on-brand and aligned with the overall strategy. I oversee the entire creative process from conception to final execution. You can find me living my best life by taking trips to tropical destinations, binge-watching comedies, and unleashing my creativity in the kitchen. My hobbies keep my imagination flowing and inspire me to approach my work with fresh ideas and renewed energy.
Alex - Marketing Coordinator
Hello! I’m Alex, the Marketing Coordinator for the Sparkles brand family. I develop strategies to bring the bling to our gorgeous customers and coordinate shows and marketing to show off our sparkle. I’m a small town Texas native with a love of shimmer and shine. When I’m not helping people find their personal sparkle, I’m creating art and playing with my dog, Todd.
Elizabeth - Customer Service
I'm in Customer Service at Sparkles with experience in retail customer service and merchandising. I've lived in Fort Worth my whole life, and often you can find me at the park with my toddler. My favorite colors are black and green (it's the Slytherin in me), and I love shiny, sparkly objects; I can't resist the allure of rhinestones and glitter! I'm thrilled to be part of the Sparkles team and committed to meeting all of our customers' needs.
Endy - Social Media
Hey there! I'm Endy, I do Social Media for Sparkles, and I'm all about spreading good vibes online. Originally from Upstate NY, I came south to TX to chase my advertising dreams by earning my BA in digital advertising. Outside of work, you'll catch me roller skating, knitting, hitting the gym, or getting creative with content. I'm thrilled to be part of the Sparkles Team, and I'm here to sprinkle extra shine into your social media.
Gaby - Warehouse
Hey there! My name is Gaby and I work in the order fulfillment department at Sparkles. I have a background in Pharmacy and Customer Service so it comes naturally to me to work with customers. I love to have a good laugh with great company. I recently moved to Texas from the Miami area. When I'm not at work you can find me outside with nature or at home with loved ones.
Michael - Warehouse
Hey! I'm Michael! I work in Order Fulfillment and am the certified forklift driver for the warehouse. I'm a very laid back, go-with-the-flow type of guy, and love to laugh and joke with my friends. I love cats, video games, and dad jokes! Outside of work, I love to go to concerts and festivals, particularly, EDM festivals. That's where the best vibes are! I've always been drawn to bright colors, lights, and sparkly things much like you would see at a rave, so I feel Sparkles is very fitting to my personality. I'll make sure your orders arrive in a condition that'd make you want to RAVE about it! (Hahaha! Sorry, I do love the dad jokes!)
Nina - Executive Assistant
I'm the Executive Assistant and consider myself a creative and motivated individual hailing from the cultured city of Dallas. Armed with a degree in Business Administration and Information Technology, I thrive on the dynamic energy of the professional world. My passion for creativity extends beyond the boardroom, and in my free time you can find me reading, baking, buying plants, or playing with my cat Ashington. Whether I'm crafting innovative business strategies or concocting the perfect cup of coffee, I approach each endeavor at Sparkles with enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence.
Robert - Warehouse
Hello, I'm Robert and I work in order fulfillment at Sparkles. I was born and raised in Nebraska but spent most of my life in New England, mostly Boston. I worked many years for retailers and am familiar with the behind-the-scenes of the industry. I've always liked beautiful objects, and in my job I'm surrounded by them! I enjoy reading, cycling, cooking, travel, and finding out interesting things about the world through my pursuits. At work, I endeavor to make sure that your order arrives in a timely manner and looks as wonderful as you expect!
