Sipping Spring

Sipping Spring Toast to Spring with Refreshing Cocktails

As the sun begins to linger a little longer in the sky and flowers start to bloom, it's time to bid farewell to winter's chill and embrace the warmth and vibrancy of spring. And what better way to welcome the season of renewal than with a lineup of refreshing cocktails? In this blog, we're exploring three tantalizing concoctions that will add a burst of flavor to your spring gatherings. Let's raise a glass and toast to the arrival of spring with these delightful libations!

Watermelon Margarita

First up on our spring cocktail menu is the Watermelon Margarita.

1 (5-pound) mini watermelon (reserve a few melon balls for garnish, optional)

3/4 cup tequila blanco (6 fluid ounces)

1/4 cup Cointreau (2 fluid ounces)

1/4 cup lime juice (from about 2-3 limes)

1 lime wedge for rim Kosher salt for rim

-Cube up your watermelon and add it to a blender. Blend it up until very smooth, about 1 minute.

-Place a sieve over a big measuring cup or pitcher and pour the watermelon puree through it. Work it through the sieve by using a whisk. And then discard the pulp.

-Mix in the tequila, Cointreau and lime juice. Give it a taste and adjust the alcohol to your liking; add more if you want it boozier.

-Fill a shallow small plate with kosher salt. Run a lime wedge around the edge of your glasses and dip the rim in salt.

Add ice cubes to each of the glasses and then pour in the watermelon margarita mix. Serve with a garnish if you like and enjoy.

Pineapple Coconut Margarita

For those craving a taste of the tropics, look no further than Pineapple Coconut Sangria!

Tiffany Mimosas

Last but certainly not least, we have Tiffany Mimosas—
